Numerous studies have shown that individuals who exercise for just 30 minutes three times a week maintain a healthy diet with minimal sugar, and obtain at least eight hours of sleep can continue to expand their brains, making them incredibly adaptable and capable of learning advanced critical thinking skills. Moreover, they are more likely to experience joy and less prone to anxiety and depression. You are all capable of so much. Countless stories exist of individuals from around the world who have achieved greatness despite challenges and struggles beyond their imagination. They believed in themselves during their darkest moments and climbed the mountain of humility, struggle, and adversity to reach the summit of confidence. The fire of potential resides within each of us, waiting to be discovered and ignited. So I implore you to discover it and pursue your dreams with relentless determination. With your grit and courage, there is no limit to the magnitude of what you can accomplish.
