Projects & the questions behind them
Learning to read
a changing market.
My interest in predictive analytics grew from experimenting with indicators into studying how market relationships change across regimes. These projects show that progression. Each has its own scope; an earlier prototype’s results do not validate its successor.
Current platform
Regime Analytics
I build and operate Regime Analytics, a quantitative research platform for systematic equity analysis and statistical market regimes. The work brings together data pipelines, factor scoring, modeling and a usable research interface.
Its methodology and track-record pages describe the platform’s own research and evaluation. They should be read with their stated limitations; this personal site does not present them as independently audited returns.
2025 · Retired prototype
The market-mood dashboard
An early serverless application brought economic indicators, composite scores and generated explanations into one view. The model was retired as the project evolved into Regime Analytics. It remains part of the journey toward understanding market regimes through statistical analysis.
The newer model will receive its own write-up. The old dashboard is preserved here as project history, with its former probabilities and performance display withdrawn from active use.
Earlier experiment
HMA Z-score indicator
A TradingView indicator combining smoothing and standardization. The project note explains a correction to its legacy “probability” label: distance from a reference mean is not a calibrated forecast of a reversal. It is an inspectable experiment, without a performance claim here.
